Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were very informative and polite. Actually took care of us the same day we called for an appointment. Had our report back to us the very next day. Will definitely use them for any future inspection needs. Great people!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend. Thorough and very knowledgeable. If you're buying a new home or investment property, 1st Choice will find what's broken in the property to help you make the right decision about whether or not to proceed with your purchase. They've done two inspections for us recently and both were professional, thorough, and delivered the next day.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used Randy a couple times now. He's punctual, detailed and reachable. I had a very last minute project that needed someone and didn't know if anyone could accommodate. Randy shuffled his schedule and met a timeline no one else could beat! He's now on the permanent list of go-to inspectors I'll recommend for anyone in the area. Thanks again, Randy!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Realtor recommended 1st Choice Inspectors LLC as well as several friends in the Palatka Florida area. From the beginning of my interactions on scheduling the inspection on a prospective house to the postponments due to a hurricane coming through, I found Randy Notes and his company, sympathetic, flexible and so easy to work with. Once the inspection occurred, I received a thorough extremely detailed review of the condition of the home that allowed me to understand exactly what the house concerns were and what other experts would be needed to closely examine areas that needed a specialist. I highly recommend this company!
